BrickSnap ("the app") is operated by Basem Tarek. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information We Collect

• Usage data: The app stores your build history and scores locally on your device using your device's storage. This data never leaves your device.
• AI scoring: When you submit a build for scoring, a description of your build layout is sent to OpenAI's API to generate a score and feedback. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Game Center: If you use Game Center features, Apple may collect and process data according to Apple's own Privacy Policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information. We do not use analytics SDKs or third-party trackers.

Data Storage

All game progress and scores are stored locally on your device (localStorage). We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: Used only for AI-generated build scoring. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
